With over a decade of experience in administration, she has dedicated her career to supporting educators, program leaders, and organizations in creating thriving learning environments.
She has had the privilege of presenting at Region IV and V Head Start conferences and providing private consultation to numerous education programs nationwide. By leveraging her deep expertise in psychology, early childhood development, and instructional leadership, Ms. McMullan develops customized training solutions that address the unique challenges of each organization.

Knowledge Brown
Knowledge Brown is a software engineer committed to increasing the representation of black and brown students in the tech industry. With over six years of experience as a mentor and trainer, he has dedicated his career to breaking barriers and creating opportunities for underrepresented youth in technology.
Understanding the importance of early exposure, Mr. Brown developed a comprehensive coding curriculum designed for students aged nine to seventeen, equipping them with the technical skills and confidence to thrive in the digital world. His work not only focuses on teaching programming but also on fostering a mindset of innovation, problem-solving, and resilience.
